Wholesale squishy toy quote checklist: MOQ, pack-out, and freight
A useful wholesale quote is more than a unit price. Use this checklist to make sure every SKU, quantity, packaging detail, freight assumption, and payment term is clear before production.
What a complete quote should answer
Before comparing suppliers, make sure the quote answers the same questions for every style. CurioSpan uses indicative USD-per-piece EXW Yiwu references, while freight, duties, payment fees, and extra packaging are confirmed separately.

MOQ: separate the request from production
Quote requests start from 12 pieces per style, and mixed styles are welcome. That request point is different from a supplier’s production MOQ. Ask the quote to show both when they differ, along with any color-mix or packaging minimum.
Materials and filling
Record the exact outer material and filling for each SKU. CurioSpan lists TPR outer material with brick clay, Vaseline, flour, pectin, or other fillings by series, plus PU slow-rising foam styles. The material story affects feel, weight, sound, care notes, and the way you merchandise the item.
Packaging and carton checks
Confirm whether the style is single-SKU or assorted, how many pieces fit a display box, the pieces per carton, carton dimensions, gross weight, and whether color-box or logo work is included. Display-box support is available, but the final rules are confirmed by SKU.
Freight, payment, and timing
Ask for EXW pickup, air, sea, or DDP options using the confirmed carton plan and destination city or postal code. Logistics estimates normally start from 22 kg. Goods are paid before production, freight is paid before dispatch, and the payment account must be company-owned. Production is usually 1–7 days after SKU details are confirmed.
Custom branding and compliance
Existing-product logo or color-box projects usually start at 2,000 pcs with an added printing or packaging charge. New molds are quoted separately. CPC reports are currently available for eligible Crunchy / Brick Clay SKUs; ask for the exact SKU list. EU reports are not currently available.

Send your company or store, target market, destination city or postal code, target quantity, preferred shipping mode, packaging needs, and the SKU list you want to test.
